The world in which we operate is changing at an ever more rapid pace, with a complexity that is difficult to grasp. Technology advances, globalisation, environmental pressures and political diversity are all combining to drive pace and complexity of change to new levels. The fundamental issue is that organisations operating in this new world are struggling to attract or grow employees with the skills to effectively manage the change programmes required in order to thrive and be successful.

The team at Pentacle believe that we can respond to this challenge and that is why we have created this masters degree apprenticeship. We want to address this skills shortage and equip your employees to execute successful change at a pace and cost that hitherto was not deemed possible.

Once your employees join this course they will discover that it will have been one of the best career decisions they have made. We expect that they are a mid to high-career graduate or equivalent who has a primary skill (e.g. technology, operations, construction) but are now looking to supplement these capabilities with change management skills. This is in recognition that management of change is a critical skill for all senior leaders. The primary capabilities, coupled with the portfolio of change management tools and techniques that this programme will teach, will be a potent force for both the employee and the your organisation.
