Delivery Content and Approach

The degree apprenticeship is a two-year programme leading to an MSc, awarded by our academic partner in line with their academic standards and qualification criteria.

The programme is designed to enable your employees to learn ideas and material at a pace and intensity which allows them to participate frequently and incrementally apply that learning in the workplace.

The programme is broken down into a series of modules, which will build up a portfolio of skills that a senior leader in change and programme management should be equipped with. They have been placed in a logical order such that the skills acquired in prior modules will support the current module.

Because the programme will be delivered on QUBE our super-real facility, we are not restricting start dates based on the standard academic year or semester structure. The typical timetable is laid out above, but ‘Month 1’ could be any month of the year depending on what works best for your organisation. The main variable, therefore, is that it is not intended that teaching will take place in August, so the ‘Break/Self-Reflection’ month will change based on the start date.
