We’ve all been working and learning in different ways and as it slowly becomes clear that there will not be a wholesale move back to BC (Before Covid) you, like us, have begun to consider what is beyond the temporary ways of working that we have put in place.
You may be aiming for full transformation, or perhaps to create a meld of old and new/remote and face-to-face. Or you may be looking in another direction? Either way, you know that the future is not going to be the same. How will we manage Change, Projects and Transformation? We have discovered how critical the social and human element is. We have also discovered how difficult it is to get it right. For a start, fear and anxiety make every change both easier, because people respond without argument, and impossible, because once the fear is gone, people resist. It is essential to take a deeper look.
We will share what we have learned, what needs to change with leaders and developing skills, and the methods that lead to success.
From this session, we will understand together how to manage your own responses to change, and help other people manage their responses, so they don’t see it as a big, scary, sabre-toothed tiger, but as something that will lead to reward.
