Qubicles Details

Qubicles are the different spaces (or rooms) on QUBE. The most popular Qubicles are The Workshop, The Project, The Conference (but there are others too). Unlike real venues, you can use as many Qubicles as you like, for as long as you like! The information is stored there until you or someone else in the group decides to move it.  The joke about Qubicles is that although they are very 21st centuy, most are styled furnished very traditionally.

The Workshop Qubicle

Ideal for medium sized groups, the workshop Qubicle can be used for innovation workshops, strategy sessions, training delivery, or if a group has a specific challenge to work on. A Pentacle Tutor will work with you before and during the workshop, to ensure the space and time is used most effectively. Workshop Qubicles have two screens to share information (which remember what they’ve shown so you can easily go back). Participants can share files, create slideshows from images, and easily work together using the flipcharts (with infinite paper), whiteboards (with multiple pages) and sticky notes.

Tables and Chairs

The tables have sound direction technology, effective for group work, or side discussions. If the discussion drags on, the ergonomic chairs will protect your lower back from getting sore. The Tudor style wood beams and bright bay windows add an old world charm as you are solving your new world problem.

The Project Qubicle

Project teams can use this space to get their projects up and running quickly, without ever worrying about the projector not working, or who is going to type up the flip chart notes at the end. They can work together and have a safe space to keep their stuff.

The Project Qubicle

Pentacle Tutors, experts in leadership and business management, will use the latest tools to facilitate the group to create accountability, action and measurable results for any project type. Participants have personal ‘slates’ where they can keep notes. The bookshelves help organise documents, workpads, and pre-printed material, keeping the room nice and tidy. The best part is the room stays exactly as it is when you leave, unless someone else in the team comes in and messes it up.

The Conference Qubicle

Seating up to 200 people, on the comfortable soft grass, this Qubicle has a big screen and sound system for keynote addresses and presentations.  The breakout areas allow different groups to learn different things at the same time.

Conference Cafe Area

During coffee breaks, head to the café area to have smaller group conversations, much like you would at a real conference. The sound direction technology means you will only clearly hear those people at your table. Like real life, without worrying about the coffee stain on your tie.

The outdoor space is a breath of fresh air to most stuffy conference venues!
